Accessing & Updating Your Information
You may opt-out of receiving communications from Axon Advisors at any time by providing us with written or electronic notice. Upon receipt of such notice, we will stop contacting you and sharing information concerning you with our Clients.
We do not disclose your personal information to our clients for the purposes of allowing them to conduct direct marketing to you. We may use your personal information ourselves to conduct direct marketing but you are entitled to opt-out from receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time. You may do so by responding to the opt-out option which is included with each direct marketing communication that we send.
New consultants who enroll into our panels complete our website panel registration form, providing their personal details (such as name, email address, etc.), and then complete a registration survey. As part of the enrollment process new consultants are sent an email with a link to confirm their desire to opt-in to the panel. New consultants who confirm their opt-in in this manner are counted as part of the active panel and are eligible to be invited to participate in research projects. Consultants who do not confirm their opt-in are excluded from the active panel.
We use security measures to protect your information both online and offline from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
