Axon Advisors will hold your information in the United States. Axon Advisors staff and third parties working for Axon may also access your information.

We may share your information with Clients, usually with regard to consulting opportunities. Axon’s Clients, if required by law compliance policies, may disclose information about their projects with you.

We may conduct background checks on you, including using third-party service. We may seek to verify your employment history and check for any criminal history. We may verify the duration and accurate invoicing of Projects you conduct for Clients.

We may disclose your information in response to legal process, to protect our rights or for the prevention or detection of a crime.

We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.


Accessing & Updating Your Information 

You are entitled to see the personal information held about you, subject to Axon Advisors’ confidentiality obligations to its clients. Opting Out

You may opt-out of receiving communications from Axon Advisors at any time by providing us with written or electronic notice. Upon receipt of such notice, we will stop contacting you and sharing information concerning you with our Clients.

We do not disclose your personal information to our clients for the purposes of allowing them to conduct direct marketing to you. We may use your personal information ourselves to conduct direct marketing but you are entitled to opt-out from receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time. You may do so by responding to the opt-out option which is included with each direct marketing communication that we send.

We will retain your personal information for an indefinite period of time; however, we will continue to protect such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Opting In 

New consultants who enroll into our panels complete our website panel registration form, providing their personal details (such as name, email address, etc.), and then complete a registration survey. As part of the enrollment process new consultants are sent an email with a link to confirm their desire to opt-in to the panel. New consultants who confirm their opt-in in this manner are counted as part of the active panel and are eligible to be invited to participate in research projects. Consultants who do not confirm their opt-in are excluded from the active panel.

Information Security

We use security measures to protect your information both online and offline from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.

Changes to This Policy

Axon Advisors may update this policy. Changes to our privacy policy will be posted to the Website and will become effective upon posting. Continuing to use the Website indicates your agreement to such changes.
